Measuring website usage (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to capture data about how our website is being used by the people who visit it. This includes information about how long you spend on each of the pages on our website and the activity you undertake while you are on there.

We specifically track how many times our PDF content is downloaded, how many times users exit the site through external links and how many people access the ‘Find out more’ information that are listed against some questions on our website.

All data we capture is anonymous and there is no personally identifiable data available to us.

We use this information to improve the service and performance as well as wider analysis
